Add New Employee

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l          Company Setup

l          Department Setup

 

 

Steps

1.          Click "Employee" button or click Employee Record icon on toolbar.

 

2.          Type in Employee No.

         In "Basic info", remember to press "Update" button before you go to other sessions after typing personal info

 

 

3.          In the employee record, it contains different sessions for different type of personal info

 

4.          For simply way, you should at least complete the following sessions for each employee:

Employee Record-Basic Information

Employee Record-Employment

Employee Record-Movement
