Find an Employee Record

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l   Add New Employee

 

There are several ways to find an employee record. See below for different situations:

 

Different ways

On Probation employee

Active employee

Resigned employee

By select the department

Steps

 

Method 1: By select the department

 

1.1  From the department tree in main screen, click on the department which the wanted employee belongs to.

 

 

1.2  All employee record(s) under the selected department will be shown on the main screen.

 

 

 

Method 2: By select the duty group

 

2.1  From the duty group list in main screen, click on the Duty Group which the wanted employee belongs to.

 

 

2.2  All employee record(s) under the selected Duty Group will be shown on the main screen.

 

 

 

Method 3: By searching the employee ID

 

3.1  Enter the wanted employee ID in the ¡§Search ID¡¨ box, then press [Enter] to start searching.

 

 

3.2  The employee record will be shown on the main screen if found.

 

 

Method 4: By searching the employee name

 

4.1  Click on the [ Search ID ] button to change to [Search Name] mode.

 

 

4.2  Enter the Surname / First Name / Chinese Name / Nickname of the wanted employee in the ¡§Search Name¡¨ box, and then press [Enter] to start searching. Actually you may just enter part of the name to do the searching. For example, the names such as ¡§May¡¨, ¡§Mary¡¨, ¡§Man¡¨, ¡§Emma¡¨ will be shown when you are searching ¡§ma¡¨.

 

 

4.3  All employee(s) whose name met the search criteria will be shown on the main screen.
