¡§Duty Group¡¨ is a group of staff who have
the same Shift duty pattern. Mostly, "Duty Group" is good for the
employees who work with fixed IN/OUT time regularly by week (
e.g. Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 ). Instead of assigning Shift to each employee
each day, you may assign Shift Duties to the Duty Group first by week, and then
assign employees to the Duty Group to inherit the Shift duty assignment (i.e.
Duty Roster) .
To assign an employee to a Duty Group, simply follow below steps:
1.
From the main screen, right click the corresponding employee, then select
[Change duty group]
2.
Enter
the ¡§Effective from¡¨ for the duty group. (i.e. By
default, the effective from date will be the employee¡¦s join date.)
3.
Enter the ¡§Effective to¡¨ for the duty group. (i.e.
By default, the effective to date will be ¡§No end
date¡¨, that means the duty group setting will take effect for whole employment
period of the employee. )
4.
Select the suitable duty group
5. Click [Update] button to update changes.
6. Finished, click the [Close] button to return to the main screen.
7. You may confirm the employee¡¦s roster by right click the corresponding employee, then select [Open Timetable]
Before setup ¡§Duty Group¡¨, the duty rule is undefined everyday.
After setup ¡§Duty Group¡¨, the duty rule is defined everyday.
8. If someday, the employee changes to another duty group, please go to the ¡§Duty Group Arrangement¡¨ again, then click the [New] button and repeat steps 2 ¡V 6 to start adding another new arrangement.
